WHAT KIND OF QUALITY ARE THE SHIRTS?
We deal directly with the manufacturers that are licensed by the bands to produce their shirts. Most are pre-shrunk and 100% cotton and are printed on name brands such as Anvil, Gildan and Tennessee River.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIRT MEASUREMENTS?
Since different brands are used, sizes can vary a bit. As a rule of thumb, sizes are:
Small: W 17" / L 26"
Medium: W 19" / L 27"
Large W 21" / L 29"
XL W 23" / L 31"
XXL W 25" / L 32"
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We will accept returns within 14 days. Shirts and apparel must be unwashed and undamaged. We will provide a full refund in the case of a defect, otherwise the refund will be less shipping. If a size does not fit, we will be glad to exchange for a different size. Make sure you include a note with your name, email address and the size that you need. Returns can be sent to:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Most items are shipped within 1-10 business days. Comics, posters and other merchandise usually will ship within 24 hours. Our shirt inventory is very fluid and it is possible that we may not have your shirt in stock. In this event, we will contact you via email with an eta and options.
HOW ARE THEY SHIPPED?
Apparel and Flag Posters are shipped in bubble mailers, or are boxed. Posters ship within sturdy mailing tubes. Depending on the size of the order, comics are shipped between corrugated sheets within a bubble mailer for max protection (for smaller orders) or are boxed (for larger ones.)
WHERE ARE ALL THE COMICS?
Comics will slowly be added to the site. It can be a slow process, due to the time it takes to grade and scan. We have a large inventory, from Golden Age to current, within all grades, including CGC.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
Planet Caravan Music and Comics is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Planet Caravan Music and Comics has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business:
1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
